Whitnall Falls Time Lapse

Posted by admin on Jan 1, 2010 in Site News

I am working on making this a little longer by copying and pasting the 42 individual images and perhaps making the last image which is the veiled image show longer.  I have this in 1080 wide screen and it looks remarkable at larger sizes.  Till I can do that stuff this is all you get.

The Twilight Hour – Photographing Star Trails and Static Stars-Floris van Breugel

Posted by admin on Jun 3, 2009 in From Around the Internet, Helpful tips, Tutorials

Introduction

It’s that time in the evening, when the sun has set, the clouds have put on their show, and the first stars are beginning to shimmer through the twilight blues. Soon the stars come out in full force, lighting the sky with points of light stretching away for many light years. Take a minute and look up, it’s a wondrous sight. Creative Images Photo Club

Posted by admin on Apr 21, 2009 in Helpful News

I decided today to write a email to the Creative Images Photo Club, its a small club with from the looks of the website is more than 15 members that meets at Boerner Botanical Garden every third week.

What is nice about this club from what I read is that its free to join and it could be potentially helpful to someone new to photography or looking to improve there photographic vision.

I will write a little more after Saturday when I learn more details about this.

You can visit the site for more information a http://www.creativephotoimages.org or goto the Boerner Botanical Gardens and pick up a pamphlet at the help desk.
